:About The RoleExciting opportunity for experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our CSF Managed Services and Support team in Pune. You will play a critical role in supporting Hansen's software development by building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, developing environment automation assets, and enhancing self-service offerings. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic, innovative environment where you'll mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of our DevOps capabilities.About YouYou are an experienced DevOps or Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in supporting product development and implementing CI/CD practices. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about optimizing processes and infrastructure. Additionally, you bring:
- extensive experience with AWS services, including EKS, Helm, Jaeger & Kibana.
- proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- strong experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
- familiarity with agile frameworks and development practices.
- Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery
- Developing new monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure system reliability
- Enforcing security and compliance requirements
- Enhancing cost visibility and ownership of infrastructure
- Developing and maturing Self Service DevOps offerings
- Managing & troubleshooting development environments for operational efficiency
