• work on existing or new CI/CD tooling and pipelines to improve development and enable one-click deployment release processes.
• follow clean code principles and apply them to infrastructure development and automation processes.
• analyze different cloud services to identify optimal and cost-efficient solutions.
• implement observability solutions tailored to application needs.
• maintain stability of non-production environments.
• challenge existing solutions and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement permanent fixes rather than workarounds.
• take accountability for assigned tasks and proactively seek out opportunities to improve the environment.

You\'ll be working in the CDIO IB Operations team in Pune focusing on the Client Lifecycle Management team as a member of the DevOps Chapter.Our DevOps Chapter is committed to fostering and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. • 10+ years of experience designing, developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting scalable, secure, and fail-tolerant systems.
• proven ability to apply solutions that cater to non-functional requirements, including stability, manageability, scalability, capacity, and performance.
• great experience in Azure Cloud services and their solution design.
• extensive experience navigating and understanding Linux OS and OS internals, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components such as compute, network, storage, authentication, and authorization.
• strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with CI/CD in automated environments. (Knowledge and experience with GitLab CICD is a big advantage.)
• expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Helm.
• strong experience in shell scripting is necessary.
• ability to conduct root cause analysis and take systematic and programmatic action on the findings.
