DHL Express is replacing current Sales Application portfolio based on Siebel CRM and custom developed system with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. DPDHL IT Services is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for MS Dynamics CRM who will join an newly formed internal team which will develop and maintain the new target platform and roll it out to all Express countries around the globe.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, having D365 CE / Sales functional consulting experience is must. Your solutions will employ Power Platform and Azure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English is essential.


Responsibilities:


• Primary focus on software development combined with operations support
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM
• Conducting workshops and interviews to understand current business processes
• Solution modelling, functional designs, and mockups
• Carry out non-developmental configuration
• Define development specifications for developers / project team
• Participate in testing triage.


Requirements


• Experience from global enterprise-level organization (geographically dispersed teams, different timezones, thousands of users)
• Experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Sales CRM
• Experience with front facing role (you will be primarily working with business users)
• Understanding of security roles, access control, and authentication mechanisms
• Apart from D365 Sales CRM experience knowledge of Power Platform and Azurecapabilities
• Experience with Azure DevOps
