The Team: The team works in an agile environment and adheres to all principles of Agile. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work with a team of intelligent, ambitious and hard-working software professionals. The team is independent in driving all decisions and is responsible for the architecture, design and quick turnaround of development of our products with high quality. Responsibilities: . Work in an agile environment and adhere to all DevOps best practices. . Active co-operation/collaboration with the teams at various geographic locations . Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. . Provide prompt response and support in resolving critical issues (along with the development team) . May require after hours/weekend work for production implementations. What we\'re looking for: Technical Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. . 5 - 7 years of strong industry experience in DevOps Tooling and infrastructure automation. . Broad knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies along with change and configuration management practices in Linux-based environments . Strong knowledge of cloud environments preferably AWS . Strong knowledge of orchestration tool (Kubernetes) . Experience in writing Cloud Formation and Terraform scripts. . Experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, and release engineering tools (e.g. Jenkins) . Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) . Strong knowledge of container-based environment (Docker Containers) . Strong scripting skills (Python, Java, Javascript, Nodejs, Maven, Shell, PowerShell, Perl) . Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) . Prior consulting, advisory, or professional services experience is preferred. . Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills. . Experience with source control tools such as GIT, TFS and SVN Soft Skills Qualifications: . Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and debugging skills . Ability to build environments, systems, and solutions from the ground up . Quick learner . Service-oriented ability to supply services to a large R&D group . Team-oriented attitude .
