You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment developing and implementing services that improve engineering and support teams. How you will contribute: This position is part of the Global Cloud DevOps team in the U.S/E.U/Asia. comprised of highly talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences focused on delivering and deploying cloud services in a high energy, fun, and engaging work environment. Key Accountabilities Build hybrid, scalable cloud environments & production systems Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient Automation Anywhere cloud platform to meet established SLAs Deploy and automate infrastructure & platform services in Public Clouds (AWS, GCP, and Azure) using Terraform and Ansible Manage continuous deployment using Kubernetes and Jenkins Manage Backup and Recovery and Business Continuity processes Execute industry standard security processes for best practices and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, FedRAMP, HIPPA, GDPR etc.) Monitor environments for security vulnerabilities and take actions to remediate and/or mitigate risks Monitor applications and services using Datadog, Elastic Search, and Opsgenie, and take actions to resolve issues and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents using Jira Service Desk and the alerting and monitoring tools Set up intelligent application performance alerts in Datadog and Elasticsearch to find and fix issues before they impact business services and end-users Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar field 5+ years of professional experience in a 24x7 production operations with at least 2+ years of experience with Public Cloud Deployments both Hybrid and Pure public cloud deployments Solid proficiency in AWS or GCP Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production Experience with tools like Terraform or Ansible Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools for SaaS such as ELK, Splunk, Datadog, Sumo Logic, etc. Experience with Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitHub preferred Experience with Networking and security Technology for cloud services preferred AWS or GCP cloud solution architect or equivalent certifications preferred Knowledge of application architecture and development preferred Strong communication skills, written and verbal Excellent team player Preferred Skills Programming experience in Python, Go, etc. Good working experience in Data Dog, Cloud Watch, or other similar tools Experience in creating/supporting Restful APIs Working knowledge of unified log management systems like log entries, log stash, sumo logic & grey log Experience leading a small team
