Apply now!RoleWe are looking for full stack engineering to create AI skills from end-to-end for HXM domain based on SAP Joule platform.About JouleJoule in SuccessFactors is the New Generative AI Assistant built-upon embedded ONE SAP AI copilot, part of SAP\'s cloud enterprise portfolio. We are the team building AI Skills/Capabilities to help people get work done smarter & faster and drive better business outcomes in a secure, compliant way in Human Experience Management (HXM) domain. The product rolled out to market last Nov., in the progress to booster customer adoption and deliver more attractive skills.What you\'ll do

• Full stack Engineering
• Understand business requirement, design, implement AI skills from front-end to back-end.
• \xc2\xb7 Work closely with local and global engineering teams to develop/maintain AI skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Build scalable, stable and efficient SuccessFactors Joule services, frameworks and applications.
• \xc2\xb7 Write quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code
• \xc2\xb7 Write well-organized documentations to describe the Technical Spec and Functional Spec
• \xc2\xb7 Give support to support service employees on customer issue

What you bring

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical
• \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in enterprise software design, development and engineering
• \xc2\xb7 Get familiar with at least on programming language, like Java
• \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding and working knowledge of web application development.
• \xc2\xb7 Familiar with relational database and SQL
• \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of cloud native development, understanding of scalable micro-services, design pattern, CI/CD and DevOps is a plus
• \xc2\xb7 Leading skills/experience is a plus.
• \xc2\xb7 Experience in Agile/Scrum, BDD, TDD, software refactoring and other engineering best practices is preferable
• \xc2\xb7 Capable of working in global engineering team across different time zones and locations
• \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills, speaking and writing fluent in English
• \xc2\xb7 Have good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate technical curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies for future technical roadmap via continuous learning and self-development
• \xc2\xb7 Familiarity of scripting language like shell, python, Lua will be a plus
