:OverviewThe Digital Delivery Team is responsible for supporting the strategy, maintenance and development of all aspects of MUFG Pension & Market Services, which include transactional client and customer facing web services. The Digital Delivery Team has been formed to focus on the management and development of the portals - functionality, usability and day to day support.This role is to expand on this service by providing internal and external support and oversight as an Umbraco Developer, who will work alongside individual business units, divisional departments and DevOps colleagues to ensure all elements of front-facing web solutions are consistent whilst delivering integrated, high performing web solutions and proof of concepts. This requires excellent communication, collaboration skills and interpersonal skills.Our Umbraco front-end developers will be responsible for the alignment of web design, UI and UX and technology requirements with the developing needs of our business operations whilst optimising web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across our web solutions.Key Accountabilities and main responsibilitiesStrategic Focus

• Understanding of key design principles
• Proficiency with hand-coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, c#, Razor and MVC
• Proficiency working with code libraries: Bootstrap, jQuery etc.
• Understanding of CSS box-model and application rules essential
• Experience with design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Audition, Premier, Lightroom
• Experience with approaches such as, Responsive and Adaptive Design, Mobile First, and, Progressive Enhancement
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Understanding and experience developing in a variety of application environments

Operational Management

• Determining the structure and design of web pages
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices
• Developing features to enhance the user experience
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
• Ensuring web design is optimized for appropriate form-factors
• Building reusable code for future use
• Optimising web pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Utilizing a variety of mark-up languages to write web pages
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout design
• Developing the Umbraco GUI for business users
• Structuring reusable content within the Umbraco ecosystem
• Adherence and implementation to MUFG Pension & Market Services brand guidelines and that of their clients

Governance & Risk

• Follow Software Development Design and Deployment practices
• Work with EMEA team , complete technical trainings
• Publish weekly reports with the EMEA team

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Should have 7 - 10 years of experience managing complex projects involving Umbraco
• Should be experienced on CMS tools and be able to contribute on design discussions
• Umbraco Certified Profession or Umbraco Certified Expert certification is good to have
• Understanding Cloud technologies will be a big plus
• Good problem-solving approach
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate conceptual thinking, initiative, pro-activity, persistence and innovation.
• Able to maintain influence and forge strong working relationships with client delivery stakeholders
• The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
