Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications, both frontend and backend, using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
• Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in software architecture, coding standards, and development methodologies to mentor junior developers and elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for optimization and improvement, and implement solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability of the applications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively contribute to the adoption of new tools and techniques to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• years of experience in full-stack web development, with proficiency in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and backend (Node.js, Python, etc.) technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web projects from conception to deployment, with a focus on quality, performance, and user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is a plus.
