As the Lead CRM Developer, you will be responsible for various stages of software development, including understanding business requirements, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support. Leading a small, talented development team, you will focus on delivering high-quality enterprise caliber systems on the Microsoft D365 platform, primarily using C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server. Your primary role will involve participating in full life-cycle application development projects.Qualifications:Overall 9+ years of application development experience and minimum of 6 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, Dynamics CRMStrong development experience with Microsoft\'s D365 platformProficiency in configuring D365 following best practicesExperience with Microsoft technologies such as MVC.NET, WS, as well as front-end website technologies like CSS, XML, HTML, JSON, JQuery, and JavaScript librariesNice to have: .NET Core, AngularFamiliarity with tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, Azure DevOps, and IISProficiency in Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL Server (2016+), and LINQKnowledge of Web Services, REST, and SOAPExperience with Data Analytics and Reporting Suite (PowerBI or similar toolsets)Excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse and remote teamsExperience in agile processes and development task estimationMentoring experience with junior developers and a strong sense of responsibility for deliverablesAbility to lead development work in a small team with moderate supervisionResponsibility Areas:Lead a small team of CRM developers, providing guidance and trainingDesign software solutions for medium to high complexity requirements independently, adhering to existing standardsDevelop high-priority and highly complex code for systems based on functional specifications, detailed design, maintainability, and coding and efficiency standards, working independentlyEstimate and evaluate risks, and prioritize technical tasks based on requirementsCollaborate actively with Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project deliveryConduct formal code reviews to ensure compliance with standardsServe as the primary technical subject matter expert for the internal team, providing guidance on system functionality, operations issues, and performance initiativesAssign project development tasks to team membersInfluence and apply system design, development, and process standardsWrite and execute unit test cases to verify basic functionality, both for your own code and that of your peersCreate, maintain, and publish system-level documentation, including system diagrams, with minimal guidanceEnsure clarity, conciseness, and completeness of requirements before starting development, collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to evaluate feasibility.
