Senior Developer - Salesforce

This Digital Factory will first deliver new capabilities for Fusion Transformation and then will be rolled out to other capabilities within GT (Global Technology) and IDA (Innovation, Data & Analytics). We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive expertise in automated software testing and a passion for coaching others to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing our insurance workbench application on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Drive the development and maintenance of our insurance workbench application on the Salesforce platform, leveraging your expertise to design and integrate relevant modules, customizations, and configurations that optimize workflows and data management.\xc2\xb7 Implement and champion best practices in automated software testing, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and the use of tools like Selenium. Ensure all developments are thoroughly tested, reliable, and maintainable.\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in Salesforce development, automated testing, and software quality assurance.\xc2\xb7 Build and lead the automated software testing chapter for insurance workbench suite and influencing.\xc2\xb7 Lead the development of APIs to facilitate data exchange and connectivity with external systems and partners.\xc2\xb7 Champion a product-led Agile approach to development, applying design thinking principles to create intuitive user experiences (UX) and customer experiences (CX) within the workbench application.\xc2\xb7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, and adapting to changing product requirements.You will be reporting to Release Train Engineer- Claims.QualificationsSHARE your talent!Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with a track record of delivering complex solutions in enterprise environments, preferably within the insurance domain.\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with APEX, LWC , Flows and familiarity with cloud-based integration, design thinking, UX/CX.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in Implementing Integrations with various systems.\xc2\xb7 Salesforce devloper 1 certificate mandatory and developer 2 certificate preferable.\xc2\xb7 Prefereable experience in Omni Studio.\xc2\xb7 Significant leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively guide and collaborate with development squads, stakeholders, and business users.\xc2\xb7 A deep understanding of Agile principles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.Desired Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Outstanding ability to coach and mentor team members, helping them to develop expertise in automated testing and software quality assurance.\xc2\xb7 Leading a automation testing chapter.\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical abilities to identify issues and devise effective solutions in a dynamic environment.\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
