Good understanding of ISO design engineering practices Demonstrated knowledge and use of GD&T Good knowledge of Engineering change management process and execution of changes thru Enovia or any other PLM system Good understanding of design engineering practices and ERP systems Identify & lead process improvement projects to improve overall quality and productivity of team Developing & mentoring new members in team Able to handle the projects / Assignments independently Should be able to demonstrate analytical and problem solving capabilities and be proficient in more complex processes and procedures. Proficient in creating Process documents, Data/analysis sheets, Presentations used for Technical & Management meetings. Good time management is required while working on multiple activities. Should be able to independently communicate with internal and external customers on the status of requests. Background & Skills Required: Diploma OR Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute with minimum first class OR distinction having relevant 3-5 years hands on experience on Pro/E, Siemens NX.
