We are looking for a Sr. Product Designer (UX) to continue to evolve Microsoft Teams Admin Center. This position will work with internal Microsoft PM and engineering teams to improve the user experience for our customers. You will be an expert in visual design and user experience optimizations. You will contribute to new product scenarios and experiences and be accountable for driving improvements to the existing experiences. • Deliver world-class interaction designs from initial concept through finished product.
• Create and assess design solutions based on user research input, user goals, and business requirements.
• Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways that blend brand personality, visuals, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences.
• Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
• Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, editors, engineers, and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
• Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.
• Using user centered design process to conduct user research and testing that inform and validate design solutions.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years of experience working in product or service design

• OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service design
• OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
• Experience of UX research methodologies and analyzing research data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid communication skills to effectively present and negotiate design solutions and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other disciplines such as Program management and Engineering.
• Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility and inclusive design, and ability to drive designs from discovery all the way through to delivery.
• Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts, with experience executing interaction prototypes using a range of prototyping and development methods, and proficiency in a variety of design and prototype tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and more.
• The ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks and goals independently.

• An online portfolio that demonstrates well thought through and polished end to end customer journeys and communicates a range of successful user-centered designs while also demonstrating breadth and creativity and proven experience in telling stories, building UI models, generating detailed wire frames or prototypes, and delivering comprehensive specifications.
