Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of architectural design for multiple projects
• Coordinate with client teams for design intake, review discussions, feedback and reporting
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams for all phases of interior design projects including construction and handover
• Responsible for the creation of concept drawings, working drawings, 3D renders, budgeting, scheduling, specification mapping and project planning.
• Implementing ideas, reviewing, developing and following up the design workflow within different teams
• Conduct site visits for due diligence and prepare site reports
• Preparing test fits and mood boards for initial project proposals.
• Ensuring the design process adheres to current legislation, standards, codes of practice, and develop designs and drawings in accordance with the statutory and regulatory building requirements.
• Responsible for supervision and quality-control review of drawings
• Follow up on the implementation of any necessary changes to the designs or drawings
• Ensure that each design delivery is of the best quality and within timelines and budget considerations 2
• Ensure that the architectural design and working drawings are in accordance with ANSR design standards and Playbook
• Coordination with project execution team for seamless delivery of projects
• Carry out meetings with ANSR management team and deliver presentations for management meetings

Must Haves:

• Excellent and strong knowledge of local regulations and international codes
• Ability to function independently yet communicates laterally and upwardly with ease
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues
• Experience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential
• Manage work and deliver within a dynamic environment

Experience and Skills:

• Must have worked on large-scale commercial projects, preferably office interiors
• Proven working experience with an overall 8-10 years, including at least 3 years of experience of managing a design team
• Bachelors degree in Architecture is a must; Masters degree will be a plus
• Proficiency in advanced AutoCAD, BIM platforms (Revit), MS Office suite
