Job Description

Responsibilities Design and develop complex machinery and automation systems for manufacturing applications using CAD tools and other engineering software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful implementation of machinery designs. Conduct feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, and prototype testing to ensure machinery meets customer requirements and specifications. Develop and maintain machine design standards and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers during machinery installation, commissioning, and operation. Work with suppliers to source and integrate components and subsystems into machinery designs. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor & or Master & degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. At least 3-4 years of experience in machine design, with a focus on industrial automation, robotics, and packaging machinery. Strong proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks Familiarity with PLC programming, robotic programming, and machine vision systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
