We are hiring for "Senior Design Engineer" !!!

Location : Buttibori (Nagpur)

Experience Required : 4+ years

Qualification Required : BE/B.tech - Mechanical

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate proficiency in CATIA v20/v21 and SOLIDWORK software for 3D modeling and design.
• Utilize knowledge in welding and machining jig & fixture design to contribute to the development of efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Apply expertise in surfacing to contribute to the design of core cavity fixtures. Familiarity with Catia sourcing is a plus.
• Possess knowledge and experience in welding heavy parts for railway and earth-moving equipment, ensuring quality and precision in the manufacturing process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 2D drafting to effectively communicate design specifications and details.
• Basic knowledge of machine design or Special Purpose Machine (SPM) is desired.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and design of machines to meet specific requirements.

Key Skills Required :

• Hands-on experience with CATIA v20/v21 and SOLIDWORK.
• Strong understanding of welding processes and machining jig & fixture design.
• Familiarity with core cavity fixtures design in surfacing and Catia sourcing.
• Knowledge of welding heavy parts for railway and earth-moving equipment.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting.
• Basic knowledge of machine design or SPM.
