Candidates preferred from Kochi Location Total Years of Experience: 5-6 Years Job Location: Pune Education: B.E/ M.E \xe2\x80\x93Mechanical Engineering (JD) - Function: \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage the design process from client requirements to project completion. Responsibilities: Pre-Design: \xc2\xb7 Understand client needs through meetings and gather project details. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate on initial design concepts with technical experts. Design Development & Validation: \xc2\xb7 Delegate and review drafting tasks. \xc2\xb7 Verify design elements throughout the process (calculations, materials, codes). \xc2\xb7 Select suitable equipment for design conditions. Documentation: \xc2\xb7 Create clear technical reports with relevant code references. \xc2\xb7 Develop and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for accurate component estimates. Implementation & Management: \xc2\xb7 Visit project sites to ensure installation aligns with design plans. \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage the design team effectively, fostering collaboration. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other departments as needed. Software Skills: \xc2\xb7 Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo, Catia). \xc2\xb7 Strong MS Office skills for communication and documentation. Additional Considerations: \xc2\xb7 Experience with project management tools a plus. \xc2\xb7 Ability to create standardized templates for reports and BOMs. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
