• Interpreting prints, drawings, and other data assets from VSG and vendors. Interface with
• business applications such as Oracle enterprise resource management and Synchrono
• manufacturing management to update information and assure the accuracy of data.
• Coordinate with key personnel to collect information and optimize timing of release and
• material usage.
• Coordinate manufacturing changes required by approved Change Order (CO) and Coordinate
• product changes required by approved Change Order (CO) and prepare bill of
• materials/special jobs. Copy, distribute and archive drawings and CO coversheets.
• Coordinate updates to PIM database required by Product Changes, Error Corrections and
• Commercial needs as directed
• Optimization to improve the accuracy and timeliness of releases is critical to this role.

What you need to have:-

• 4-5 years of experience in Design with Engineering degree
• Detail oriented and ability to follow a process to make many system entries for each product change.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills relative to initiating communication and interacting with multiple business disciplines to get answers
• A self-starter who works well and gets results under general supervision. Ability to identify waste in a process and to develop innovative ways to eliminate the waste.
• Optimization to improve the accuracy and timeliness of releases is critical to this role.
