Additional information is available at .Position: Senior Design EngineerExp: 4 - 7 yearsRoles & Responsibilities:

• Performs design activities including: 3D modeling, drawing generation, tolerance analysis,
• GD&T.
• Designs product and product tooling. Supports project engineers by completing customer
• deliverable documentation.
• Performs theoretical mechanical modeling analysis for thermal and structural stress.
• Perform updates of manufacturing and test documentation.
• Create detail part drawings per ANSI Y 14.5M-2009.Cr
• 3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks and product documentation in Solidworks PLM
• Part and product design, Structural and thermal analysis
• Exposure to manufacturing processes (preferably Injection molding, precision sheet metal components and Precision Machined parts) and fixture design
• Statistical tolerance analysis, design documentation.

Must Have Skills:

• 3D modelling and drafting using Solid works
• Product documentation in Solid works PLM,
• Part and product design,
• Structural and thermal analysis,
• Exposure to manufacturing processes (preferably Injection molding, precision sheet metal components and Precision Machined parts) and fixture design
