The role We require an experienced Senior Delivery Manager/Agile programme manager, with a background of working as an agile practitioner or coach with experience of Agile at Scale frameworks such as LeSS, SAFe or the Spotify Model. This role requires someone who can adopt the existing ways of working and agile practices in the current teams, and work with the Head of Delivery to put in place controls that help to monitor the current status and end to end delivery of the overall programme. This role also requires someone that can support the business in identifying and making decisions on the reuse of existing cross group products and services.

### Key Responsibilities
Business Vision to Execution: elicit, understand, and communicate business vision and break the vision into executable goals that can be met in an incremental and iterative manner.
Dependency Management: goes beyond managing internal dependencies between features and stories to managing cross-team and programme level dependencies.

Delivery Management : manage and ensure the progress of work, "continuous flow" and adherence to team commitments. Manage the overall delivery roadmap, go to market/ go-live and transitions between initiatives. Includes tracking of work, management of risks, and remediation of issues. Continuous Delivery Planning: create a realistic, achievable roadmap showing how product goals will be met along with projected milestones, mitigations, activities and resources required. Continuously evolve the plan to reflect current reality of the work in flight and view of the future.
Scope Management: embrace flexibility around changing requirements to maximise the stakeholder value whilst balancing management of delivery and expectations of required objectives within a defined timeframe. Understanding which scope management techniques to employ based on the impact of the change. Establish a strong partnership with Product and Tech amigos to ensure effective prioritization that balances business value, quality and other constraints.
Risk Management : map and grasp the risks involved in several dimensions of the work, aiming to prevent them by reducing and mitigating them when possible.
Facilitation: steer team and stakeholders to work well, both in defining a common vision, making decisions, achieving their goals and creating a relational climate where trust prevails and communication is fluid, empathic and honest.

Ensure alignment between Product Management, User Experience and Architectural teams.### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 5+ years of experience working as an Agile Programme Manager or Delivery Manager
• Experience running multiple software delivery and consulting projects with multiple stakeholder involvement
• Experience planning and managing human, financial, material and information resources
• Experience working with agile delivery methods and cross-functional software development teams
Knowledge of Agile delivery metrics e.g. DORA, Test quality, Code coverage, Throughput, Cycle Time Experience in CI/CD
• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps is highly desirable. (Backlog management and tracking)
