We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple client marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams. This role involves ensuring seamless execution of client deliverables, on-time delivery, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse teams, streamlining communication, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end execution of multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with diverse teams, including creative, digital, product, sales, and analytics, to ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards.
• Project Management: Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact for all campaign-related activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign KPIs, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks in campaigns and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• 8 + years of experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
