Job Overview
Product Support Tier3 individual contributor having good knowledge of product/applications support, IIS, Azure, SQL/PlSQL and understanding of ITIL frameworkProduct Support Tier3 having good knowledge of product/applications support,Essential Functions

• Provide level 3 support for internal and external end users for PC, server, application problems
• Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
• Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Coordinate validation activities related to the deployment of business applications
• Communicate IT issues to business units at various levels of seniority
• Build, document and maintain new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions
• Develop and implement solution validation plans
• Ensure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans
• Build training materials for the implemented solutions
• Train customers on the implemented solutions
• Participate in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements
• Contribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base
• Ready to work in rotational shifts.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support for custom integrations
• Working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Solid technical background and experience
• Possesses fine-tuned analytical skills and/or programming experience
• Relational database experience
• Strong PC-based troubleshooting skills
• Possesses solid written and verbal skills

- IIS, Oracle, SQL, Windows Server
- Good verse with scripting and basic automation.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworkPref

• Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req
