• Set Up Simulations using software like GROMACS, CHARMM, AMBER, NAMD, and LAMMPS
• Run simulations in high-performance computing (HPC) clusters
• Monitor Simulations
• Analyse results and data using Python. Build statistical and Machine learning models
• Collaborate and Improve
• Document Work

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Ideally, you have a Master or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Computational Chemistry, Biophysics, or Chemical Engineering.
• MD Expertise: You should have experience with molecular dynamics simulations using software tools
• HPC Experience: Familiarity with using HPC environments and job submission tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analysing and interpreting simulation data.
• Scripting Skills: Basic programming skills in languages like Python
• Statistics/Machine Learning
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with a team and communicate your findings effectively
