Our product is being adopted rapidly globally and we need the best people onboard the team to accelerate our growth. Position Overview


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist, ideally with experience in the marketing technology field, to join our growing product and data team. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to tackle problems faced by the marketing industry in customer acquisition and retention, using open source machine learning models that will be integrated into our SaaS platform. What You'll Do

• Research and implement advanced machine learning models to address complex problems in the marketing industry.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate ML models into user-friendly tools for non-technical marketers.
• Assist the team in feature development in areas such as predictive insights, marketing mix modeling, recommendations, next best action & propensity modeling
• Deep understanding of causal models is required
• Continuously research and apply the latest techniques in AI and machine learning to maintain our competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and advanced techniques.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

### Requirements

You are perfect for the role if you have..

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning,and data mining techniques.
• Experience in marketing measurement and intelligence, particularly in marketing mix modeling and causal inference, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
