About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst in Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms (CDEP) as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB). The Senior Data Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts. The Senior Data Management Analyst will work with stakeholders from across multiple Wells Fargo lines of businesses and functions to ensure seamless Delivery of all kinds of Testing initiatives. The candidate will be required to conduct all kinds of Testing including UAT Testing, Production Testing, Regression Testing, Volume Testing, Smoke Testing, independently and drive business value. Candidate will also be required to work around the TDM (Test Data Management) requirements and Synthetic Data Generation (SDG). The Candidate might also be required to work on various Portfolio level/Org level initiatives and mentor the Junior Analysts on day-to-day basis around the Testing efforts. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at To be successful in this role, you will need to: Strong SQL skills and can develop new SQL queries Good Testing skills and has done various types of testing Has worked on different databases such as MS SQL, ORACLE, Relational database skills Is familiar with Big Data, HDFS, HADOOP, HIVE and modern-day Data Tech Create Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scripts Is familiar with Black box testing, Integration testing, Smoke & Sanity testing Is exposed to microservice applications and has tested the same Is familiar with automation and Regression testing Has some experience with Selenium for automated testing Has used AGILE and has worked in Scrum framework Required Qualifications, I&P: 6+ years of Data Management, SQL, Database Testing experience, Application Testing, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of Testing experience in various areas of Testing, including Database testing, SQL testing, Application testing 3+ years in Agile methodology experience, JIRA or Rally , Sprint, Agile Reporting, Kanban Boards 2+ years in any Automation tools testing 2+ years of Stakeholder management, Good Communication skills Desired Qualifications: Expert in SQL, can write complex SQL queries, can write Transformation Logics Good Agile methodology experience and can generate Reports Proven ability to work within a product team Has used Automation tools such a Quick Test Professional (QTP) Has used tools such as Cucumber and has developed test suites in Selenium Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience within the customer data sub-domain Financial Services experience is strongly preferred Can work on Python or similar coding tools Is familiar with Artificial Intelligence concepts We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
