- Proven experience in data governance, data catalog management, and data stewardship, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.
- Experience with data governance tools and platforms, preferably Ataccama or Ataccama ONE

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Mandatory Skills:Experience with data governance tools and platforms like Ataccama, Informatica, Collibra, etc. preferably Ataccama.Preferences:Skills: Compliance, Data Governance/Cluster Mgmt, Informatica, MDM (master data management)Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
- Manage and maintain the Data Catalog, ensuring that all data assets are accurately scanned, documented, classified, and accessible.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others, and implement necessary measures to safeguard personal and sensitive data.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to data governance policies and procedures.
- Facilitate data stewardship programs and promote a culture of data ownership and accountability within the organization.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of data governance documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on data governance best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor changes in data privacy laws and regulations and update governance frameworks accordingly.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in data governance practices to ensure that the organizations data governance framework remains current and effective.
- Utilize Ataccamas suite of tools to manage data governance and compliance activities effectively.
- Act as the point of contact for data governance and compliance-related inquiries and issues within the organization.
