The Finance and Accounting team in collaboration with Engineering is at the center of building an enriched and valuable ecosystem of data platforms, data services & strategic technologies like machine learning, AI & experimentation to make data secure, high-quality, rich, fast, and easy to use!We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to assist in building and strengthening those platforms.What you\'ll get to do...

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Analytics engineering teams, gathering requirements and delivering data & analytic solutions
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of datasets our teams will use to drive key business decisions
• Adopt and define the standards and best practices in data engineering including data integrity, validation, reliability, and documentation
• Build, deploy, and supervise Airflow pipelines
• Keep up to date with advances in cloud technologies and run pilots to craft the data architecture to scale with the increased data volumes and demands
• Triage many possible courses of action in a high-ambiguity environment, making use of quantitative analysis, technical competence, and business judgment

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role building robust data pipelines
• Experience working with data orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow) and data solutions (e.g., MSSQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, MySQL)
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, particularly in data-related offerings
• Experience writing, debugging, enhancing, and tuning SQL
• Experience in programming using Python, PySpark
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate with both business and technical teams

You might also have...

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Certifications in AWS technologies
• Experience with big data tools and frameworks
