:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10The Team: We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled software engineer for S&P Global Market Intelligence. This developer would help us to accelerate different initiatives within Energy Datasets.The Impact: As a Lead Software Developer, you will be part of the development team that manages and supports the Internal applications supporting Energy Datasets.What's in it for you: It's a fast-paced agile environment that deals with huge volumes of data, so you\'ll have an opportunity to sharpen your data skills and work on an emerging technology stack.What you\'ll be working on:

• Build data acquisition and transformation pipelines using big data and cloud technologies.
• Work with the broader technology team, including information architecture and data fabric teams to align pipelines to a common initiative

What We're Looking For:

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering
• 4+ years of software/data engineering experience using fast-paced Agile methodologies
• Experience with Big Data platforms such as Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark with Python or Scala, Snowflake, AWS EMR
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and in maintaining and developing software in production
• Good working knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases
