JOB DESCRIPTION Data Engineer for Illumina Track and Trace1. Excellent written and verbal communication2. Excellent teamwork 3. Proficient in AWS4. Proficient in Python5. Proficient in DB querying6. Front end scripting knowledge in Angular JS will be added advantage7. Should be able to work independently with little to no supervision8. Should be able to interact with customer for requirement gathering, testing, go live9. Should know integration via API10. Strong hands-on experience in integrating data from multiple sources11. Strong knowledge and understanding on modern data engineering and building data pipelines ETLELT architectures on prem and cloud12. Ability to organize raw data and perform complex data analytics to enable business reporting and predictive advanced data analytics13. Knowledge on Graph databases like Neo4J, Cosmos Graph is highly desirable14. Experience in Data Modeling ER, Dimensional StarSnowflake is required 15. Strong experience in building data lakes, end to end data pipelines with consideration on Data Ingestion, Data Quality, Multistage Transformations to Final Data Consumption for Traditional Advanced Analytics16. Knowledge in building business intelligence dashboard using Tableau is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, apply flexible approach towards working hours to meet deadlines. Strong written, verbal, customer interaction skills. Ability to work effectively with multiregional, multicultural teams. Should have worked in AWS services like lambda, api gateway, dynamo, ses, ec2, rds, s3, CloudWatch etc. Good hands on in python 3 and modules like boto3, requests, json, psycopg2 etc. Good grasp on REST API concepts and ability to build them using AWS API gateway.
