Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ownership of data migration and business intelligence solution development, including
data profiling, migration validation, reports, dashboards, metadata, schedules, security,
access control, compliance, and SLAs
Provide architecture and design guidance to the team for creating data models, data
migration, and queries to provide high-quality, performant, and reliable business insight
to the stakeholders
Executes project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for team members and
stakeholders following an agile SDLC to reduce time to market
Utilize strong UI/UX capabilities in the team to deliver insightful, relevant, navigable, and
highly usable assets to the stakeholders to support and enable decision-making,
forward-thinking, and innovation.
Establish processes to enable proactive planning and expansion of infrastructure based
on usage and adoption
Recommend technical solutions based on business requirements and prioritization
Implement success metrics for adoption and for tracking the business value of
investments at the enterprise level
Create/propose solutions for enterprise-wide deployment with considerations around
scale and costs
Address issues/risks/dependencies in solution recommendations
Uphold Tableau and data visualization best practices while fulfilling project requirements
Acts as a technical lead to other information engineers (including offshore and contract
resources) Help the team make key technical decisions, unblock them, and guide them
on execution.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional development experience working in enterprise-scale data
warehousing, reporting, and BI setup
Must have knowledge of one or more Data Integration tools like Pentaho, Mulesoft,
Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.
5+ years of SQL (MSSQL, MYSQL, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, etc.) experience is
required
Must have knowledge of one or more Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power
BI, SSRS, SSAS, or other
Experience working in the agile development environment
5+ years of designing, implementing, and building business intelligence solutions that
deliver insights with measurable quality under the SLA

Ability to learn new business processes and functions quickly
Must Needed Skills:
Candidates must have experience in SQL and Integration tools like Pentaho. It will be
really helpful if the person has an understanding of Salesforce CRM and knows any data
analytics/reporting tools like Tableau, and CRM Analytics(Einstine Analytics).
A Person who knows SQL, Pentaho, and Salesforce well is the best fit for this position.
The preferred location is the Jaipur area. If we find a suitable candidate in a remote
location that\'s also fine.
