: We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, as well as proficiency in SQL. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Collect and clean data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to identify and address errors or inconsistencies.
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
- Create ad-hoc reports and data visualizations to support business needs and strategic initiatives.
- SQL Querying and Database Management:
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Optimize database performance and efficiency through query tuning and indexing strategies.
- Collaborate with database administrators to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.
- Statistical Analysis and Modeling:
- Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Build predictive models and forecasting algorithms to support business planning and decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences through written reports and presentations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing) is a plus.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable but not required.
