Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in digital transformation of client data into actionable insights. You will leverage your skills in data analysis, visualization, and automation to develop meaningful reports that support our advisors and ultimately drive value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirement as briefed by the team
• Document the data received and understanding
• Collect, clean, and prepare client data from various sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify key trends and patterns.
• Develop and automate insightful BI reports using Power BI.
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards for data storytelling.
• Assist senior analysts with complex data analysis projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends and tools.
• Maintain data quality and ensure adherence to data security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (advisors, IT team) and potentially with external clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a senior data analyst role (financial experience preferred).
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expert in data visualization using Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data cleaning and transformation techniques.
• Experience with report automation tools (e.g., Python scripts) a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
