Role Profile We are looking for highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Engineer working with us to benefit LSEG. The team operates 24/7 and is responsible for the support, maintenance and service availability of the strategic cyber security tools deployed globally across the business. The Senior Cyber Security Engineer will be required to provide project, maintenance, and support for multiple security tools across the group. This role will be heavily Cyber Security focused by providing Level2 support for BeyondTrust Password safe, McAfee(ePO/ENS/ENSSP), Vormetric, CrowdStrike, Symantec(SEP/SPE), Trend Micro IPS, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), ForcePoint WSG & Qualys. In return, you will be part of a close team with a track record of success, working on different projects, with multiple opportunities to expand and learn new security skills. Role Responsibilities Working in 24/7 security support team with rotational shift patterns. Operational 2nd line support of Security Tools Infrastructure such as BeyondTrust Password safe, McAfee(ePO/ENS/ENSSP), Vormetric, CrowdStrike, Symantec(SEP/SPE), Trend Micro IPS, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), ForcePoint WSG, Qualys and others. 2nd level support includes, responding to alerts, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution to meet customer and SLA needs. Act as an interface with the other IT disciplines inside the larger organization, including network engineering, storage engineering, systems management engineering, and platform engineering to provide resolution of service issues Working with our partners to define and apply security configurations for the services offered by Cyber Security. Maintain and improve existing security solutions including Symantec, Forcepoint, Varonis, and Zscaler. Improve Second line engineering support. Required technical skills Experience of Windows/Linux Administration Experience of Windows/Linux security concepts and standards Beyondtrust Password Safe Administration Anit-Malware(McAfee Or Symantec OR CrowdStrike) Administration Proxy (Zscaler/Force Point) Administration Desirable technical skills MCSE/RHCE VMWARE AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate ITIL V3 (Foundation) Basic knowledge of Security Standards/Controls specified under various IT governance and compliance models (NIST, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, ISO 27001&27002) Key Skills/ Behaviors You should be an authority in Cyber Security technologies! Able to think out of the box, with a broad knowledge of technologies, without being vendor specific, and with a can do demeanor.
