To succeed in this role you must have documented experience from a similar role in a large, global organisation and solid understanding of security operations. Click the apply-button to send your application.You will join our Cybersecurity departmentAs one of our new IT Security Analysts, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with managing and developing Ramboll\'s global cyber and information security programmes.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Detect and respond to security incidents using a variety of tools including EDR and SIEM.
  • Improve detection capabilities and response instructions.
  • Coordinate with concerned stakeholders and recommend remedial actions for identified incidents across the infrastructure.
  • Build new use-cases and detection capabilities.
  • Ensure KPIs for the team are tracked and achieved on time.
  • Actively monitor for new cybersecurity threats related to the Ramboll\'s IT infrastructure.
  • Work with different cybersecurity and IT teams for remediating incidents.
  • Identify and develop new cybersecurity solutions for protecting Ramboll\'s IT systems and applications.
  • Create and improve existing cybersecurity process documentation.
  • Work with information security leadership to develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.
  • Manage internal information and cyber security advisory services.
  • Has a working knowledge on automating routine BAU cybersecurity related work. Not a must have but good to have.
  • Organize cybersecurity data and report it in a way that is meaningful to business units within the company.
  • Participate in management and development of Information Security Management System
QualificationsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a related field
  • Min. 7 - 10 years\' experience from detection and response or similar background.
  • Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining security policies, processes, procedures and standards.
  • Experience with any of the industry recognized SIEM tools.
  • Experience with EDR Solutions
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts.
These skills are not strictly required but will be helpful in this role:
  • Any cybersecurity certification.
  • Linux experience in general.
  • Actively participate in different CTFs and practised cybersecurity learning boxes such as THM, HTB etc.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact with personnel across all business units and customers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills - excellent English is a must.
  • Passion for providing excellent support - including ability to manage expectations effectively.
