If youre looking for a challenge and meaningful role, youre in the right place.About you and this roleAs a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability to Dow. Your job will be responsible for entering & processing customer orders in an end-to-end work processes and systems. You will be responsible of maintaining customers thorough knowledge of the businesses\' products, applications, and service offerings.You will need to provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives. Use conceptual knowledge and experience to complete a range of assignments and tasks, with need of limited guidance and direction.Responsibilities :

  • Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfilment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers which are typically key customers, high value and/or margin value centers, or scenarios with a high degree of complexity.
  • Review, validate and process order in compliance with work process / system and business guidelines
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the businesses products, businesses, applications, and service offerings.
  • Strengthens customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence.
  • Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintains service levels according to business prioritization
  • Differentiates between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution.
  • Supports commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Required education: Bachelors Degree with Supply chain
  • Supply Chain Certification / Degree - preferred
Preferred Skills
  • SAP Knowledge - SD/MM
  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Letter of Credit knowledge
  • Import export Order management
  • Managing complex scenarios in order management
