: As a Customer Service Representative - Product Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about our custom t-shirt products. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Inbound Inquiries: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat regarding product features, customization options, pricing, and order inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product catalog, including materials, printing techniques, and customization capabilities. Educate customers on product specifications and recommend suitable options based on their needs.
• Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders accurately, ensuring all details such as sizing, colors, and artwork specifications are captured correctly. Coordinate with our production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues promptly and professionally. Work to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized service. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing environment. Experience in apparel or custom products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing and data entry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and order management systems. Familiarity with platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar is advantageous.
• Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service, sales, or product management is preferred.
