Role Summary/Purpose: The role entails providing high quality customer service to the credit card customers via e-chat while ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures. Essential Responsibilities Be available as per the schedule to e-Chat with customers based out of US. Resolve customer queries and concerns through eChat. Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers. Provide customers with complete product and service information. Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve. Qualifications/Requirements Should have completed 10+2 Should be Customer Service Centric Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills Working knowledge of Computers, Professional writing etiquettes and ability to work with a Team Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets Should be flexible to work in night and rotational shifts For Internal Applicants : Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.
