Position Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: * Develop creative, visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to execute innovative and integrated digital campaigns.
- Assist in concept development, ensuring designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Edit and refine designs, providing feedback to junior designers while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and digital technologies to continually elevate the creative output.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital design, with a focus on creating compelling visuals for advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and a good understanding of digital design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Primary: Digital design expertise, creativity, proficiency in design software, strong visual communication, attention to detail, team collaboration.
- Secondary: Basic knowledge of motion graphics, familiarity with CMS, understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends.
