• To perform the role of commission manager, taking ownership for commission deliverables and peer review and deliver outcome with a high-quality standard.
• Provide end to end solution for cost management services.
• Motivate, mentor and provide training to the CM team.
• Support directors on bid preparation, interviews, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission manager responsible for all service deliverables and lead the team from the front.
• Peer review of all service deliverables and maintain a high-quality standard.
• Establish a good team spirit and develop teamwork culture.
• Should have excellent knowledge and experience in cost management services.
• Should have knowledge and experience in both pre and post contract works, procurement and tendering.
• Capable to mentor a team and motivate the team for doing better every day.
• Required good communication skill to suggest and advise client on subject matters.
