Main Purpose: To perform the role of commission manager, taking ownership for commission deliverables and peer review and deliver outcome with a high-quality standard. Provide end to end solution for cost management services. Motivate, mentor and provide training to the CM team. Support directors on bid preparation, interviews, and marketing Key Responsibilities: Commission manager responsible for all service deliverables and lead the team from the front Peer review of all service deliverables and maintain a high-quality standard Establish a good team spirit and develop teamwork culture Should have excellent knowledge and experience in cost management services Should have knowledge and experience in both pre and post contract works, procurement and tendering Capable to mentor a team and motivate the team for doing better everyday Required good communication skill to suggest and advise client on subject matters. #LI-HT1 Qualifications 10 \' 15 + years of experience, preferably more than 10 years of experience in cost management consultancy, Electrical or Mechanical engineer, QS degree is preferable Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
