Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the corporate gifting vertical within the assigned territory.- Lead Generation & Business Development: Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and target potential corporate clients.- Client Engagement: Coordinate with corporate clients, understand their gifting needs, and present tailored product solutions.- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.- Brand Visibility & Market Expansion: Drive brand awareness and market penetration in the assigned territory, ensuring maximum visibility.- Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitor products to understand market trends, product advantages, and areas for differentiation.- Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.- Sales Strategy & Improvement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, both independently and as part of a team, to drive revenue growth.- Performance Monitoring & Growth: Continuously track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, leveraging insights to optimize sales efforts and enhance professional growth.Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate sales or corporate gifting, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.- Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs, with strong business and commercial acumen in pricing and contract negotiations.- Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English.- Industry Expertise: Prior experience in corporate gifting, promotional gifting, stationery, or online gifting portals is preferred.- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.- Problem-Solving & Time Management: Strong analytical skills, ability to resolve issues proactively, work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
