We are looking for an experienced Senior - Copywriter & Branding Strategist who will play a key role in defining and executing our brand's voice, messaging, and storytelling. This role involves creating impactful content across various channels while also shaping our brand's identity and positioning. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and a deep understanding of branding principles. They will manage a team of copywriters and work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and excellence in all brand communications.### Requirements

• Brand Strategy Development:
+ Develop and implement a cohesive branding strategy that aligns with company goals and resonates with target audiences.
+ Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor positioning, and audience insights to refine brand messaging.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to craft the brand's vision, mission, and value proposition.
• Content Creation and Copywriting:
+ Create compelling, on-brand copy for a range of channels, including web, social media, email, print, and advertising.
+ Develop brand narratives, taglines, and messaging frameworks that capture the brand's essence and drive engagement.
+ Oversee all written content, ensuring a consistent tone, voice, and quality across different platforms and campaigns.
• Team Management:
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
+ Delegate tasks, set goals, and track performance to ensure high-quality content creation and efficient project execution.
+ Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices in branding, copywriting, and content marketing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency in all touchpoints and marketing materials.
+ Partner with product development teams to communicate brand value through product messaging and campaigns.
+ Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers to enhance brand initiatives and execute campaigns.
• Campaign and Project Management:
+ Plan, execute, and oversee branding campaigns that align with company objectives and target customer segments.
+ Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand messaging and optimize for future campaigns.
+ Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
• Brand Performance and Market Analysis:
+ Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and brand growth.
+ Use analytics and customer insights to gauge brand health, monitor trends, and guide strategic decisions.
