: Senior Content Writer (Night Shift Only)

Salary: ?2,50,000 p.a

Job Summary: Communication Solutions, a premier privately owned offshore outsourcing company established in October 2010, offers top-tier back-office research, development, analysis, and consultancy services to leading US brands in the retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Content Writer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Dehradun (Uttarakhand) office. This full-time position is exclusively for the night shift, providing a unique opportunity to create compelling content for prominent US brands in the hospitality, F&B, and telecommunication sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Strategy:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the marketing goals and objectives of our US-based clients.
• Write fun, engaging, and inviting content for a variety of digital media channels including social media, email newsletters, Google, LinkedIn, website and more.
• Produce high-quality, on-brand copy that maintains a unique voice and messaging consistent with client guidelines.
• Craft clear, informative, conversational, and plagiarism-free content with a high degree of accuracy and value for the target audience.

2. SEO and Keyword Optimization:

• Conduct thorough research to write keyword- and SEO-friendly blogs and website content.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic to client websites.

3. Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date with current events, trends, and market dynamics in the US to draft timely and relevant content.
• Perform in-depth research to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience and tailor content to address these effectively.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with in-house graphic designers to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective content distribution.

5. Quality Control and Improvement:

• Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free and meets the highest quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve content performance through metrics and feedback.

Education & Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional command of the English language with superb writing and communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing with a proven track record of creative thinking and content innovation.
• Strong ability to think critically about writing "voice" to effectively connect with the target audience.
• Demonstrated experience in writing keyword-optimized content for SEO with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to research and craft compelling, engaging content that resonates with the audience and addresses their pain points.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Preferred experience in writing content for the US market (not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles to aid in the development of marketing creatives.
• Experience with social media management and content distribution strategies.
