Position Overview: We are seeking a Content Writer Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and creative content for various social media platforms and our digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services.

Job location: Bhopal, Work from office
Shift Timings: Permanent Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST, Daylight 7:00 pm to 4:30 am IST)
Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Produce high-quality written and visual content that resonates with our target audience
- Manage and maintain the company's presence on LinkedIn
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop content strategies aligned with business goals
- Optimize content based on insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and execute content ideas

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices (especially LinkedIn)
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust content strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
