Job Description

Position Title: Communication / Content Executive

Reporting to: Head of Communications

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Documentation (60%)

• Making timely donor reports on the program's progress and status based on the assigned donors.
• Collecting information from the program team forcreation of case studies and impact stories. Writing and reviewing case studies and required documentation.
• Creating proposals for donors.
• Providing the reports to the Sr. Communication and Documentation Manager based on the mentioned timelines and reporting on the
• Status of the reports and flagging any issues/concerns. Making minutes of the meeting.
• Making JCM PPTs
• Making PPTs for Organisations partners

2. Social Media & PR (20%)

• Creation of an Annual Social Media Plan and Calendar
• Prepare all drafts and content for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube as per the requirements and the communication plan.
• Ensuring and uploading frequent posts on the social media platforms and running campaigns asand when required.
• Frequent updation of the website
• Creating a PR-based database and executing actionable from the PR plan.
• Outreach and managing relations with PR withsupport from the CEO's office.

3. Other Communication Activities (15%)

• Planning and creating an annual communications calendar for all the events required.
• Updation and implementation of the assignedtasks.
• Follow-up with external agency hired for enhancing organisation and CEO profile on social media
• Creation of e-invites and enhancing the look of PPTs keeping in mind the brand, colours, etc. of the organization
• Scheduling donor-related meetings and carryingon the coordination as and when required.

4. Support to CEO and Other (5%)

• Responding to Emails with draft required by Heads/CEO, Department who have a challenge with the English language

Experience

• 1 -2 years of experience in a like-sized organization
• Experience in communications is a must, marketing, journalism exposure will be added benefit

Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
