• Support and mentor junior content writers while managing multiple projects.
• Stay updated on BPM industry trends, including AI, Analytics, and Machine Learning, to develop fresh and relevant content.

Requirements: * 4+ years in professional content writing, with experience in ITES or BPM services.

• Proficiency in web publishing, SEO/SEM, content marketing strategies, and mobile optimization.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, Figma, and Pardot.
• Knowledge of BPM domains like Legal Process, Insurance, and Finance, with a focus on technology-driven content.
