Job description:ESG Specialist team provides domain expertise, skills and specific knowledge in order to build and to maintain the content currently covered on existing databases or using that knowledge to test future databases, tools and systems. The Specialist team has expertise in researching existing and new ESG standards and regulations in the market and work with business and other internal teams to improve our ESG content offering.Role, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:Lead Sustainability related projects to closureParticipates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other ongoing project work.Lead Automation and Simplification projects.Provide specifications for new technology solutions and infrastructures. Support implementations, monitoring and testing.Share knowledge and expertise in developing new methods of working which focus on cost effectiveness & resource efficiency.Collaborate with Development/Technology and Operations teams to lead and deliver on strategic fix around any major business requirements.Resolution of challenging client cases by fixing data integrity, missing data and other similar issues.Understands, documents and communicates end to end data flows for relevant content from source to product.Provides training sessions to operations teams.Develop expertise on new content management tools & infrastructure and implement the same in the operations processes.Required Skills:Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneouslyA good track record of delivering projects on time, on scope and on specifications; including prioritization and requirements alignment across contending demand from internal and external customersGood understanding of Sustainability (including ESG) content and marketplaceExperience of working with applications used for ESG data collection and managementResearch and Analysis skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in one or more technical skills \xe2\x80\x93 SQL, Python, MS Power Platform.Desired Skills:Data Science certificationUnderstanding of multiple programming languages like Python or VBA or SQL or any other programming language.Experience in data modelling for data on strategic data interfaces.Understanding of 6 sigma principles and/or certification.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
