We are hiring for a Group Editor ( Media Industry)

Location: Chennai

Salary: upto 6LPA

:

Developing Tamil content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, Printed Media, Digital News Media, Digital, and Online News. Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

1. Content Creation and Editing: Review, edit, and refine Tamil content for publication across various media platforms (print, online, social media).

2. Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of writers, sub-editors, and designers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

3. Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies to engage audiences, increase readership, and enhance brand reputation.

4. Quality Control: Ensure that all published content meets the highest standards of accuracy, fairness, and journalistic integrity.

5. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various topics, including politics, social issues, and cultural trends, to inform editorial decisions.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless content delivery.

7. Meeting Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
