Any Graduation/Full time MBA from any B School (preferably in Ops/Finance/IT/Systems)
8+ years of work experience

Must Have

Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis \xe2\x80\x93 business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories

Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains:

o Physical Trading/Commodities Trading
o Derivatives/Capital Markets
o Supply Chain/Logistics/Freight Transportation
