The Database Administrator will evaluate and advise on all technology components for database management systems and applications. They may handle databases for entire systems as well as for individual applications. Using their analytical and problem-solving skills, database administrators help companies structure their data in a way where it's easily accessible, valid and secure environment. work on continues upgradation of technical artifacts. Key responsibilities -

• Ensure all development efforts meet or exceed client expectations.
• Lead developers and senior developers.
• Hand Design, program & debug enterprise class web applications using following technologies and tools:

\xc3\x98 Dot Net Framework and Dot net Core \xc3\x98 SQL Server 2012+ \xc3\x98 C# \xc3\x98 Visual Studio 2017+

• Writing unit tests and knowledge of test-driven development

Qualification - MSC/BE / B.tech or PG in IT / CS or Equivalent Relevant Experience Required - 6+ Years

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain MS SQL Server instances and related products.
• DR Site & high availability setup: configure and maintain SQL databases for high availability and DR site.
• TDE Implementation: Implement Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) for SQL Server databases to secure data at rest. Encryption using MS inbuilt TDE or third-party encryption solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures to safeguard data integrity.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.

Preferred -

• Experience in MySQL database architecture, logical and physical design
• Working experience for government clients would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
• Experience of querying / data retrieving using multiple database type
• Exposure to database administration jobs
• Scheduling tasks, jobs, data migration
• Knowledge of MySQL administration on Windows/Linux platform is desirable.
• Knowledge of MySQL client tools like Workbench etc
