Senior Consultant-Portfolio Technical Architect- Pune, IndiaAre you a versatile Solution Architect with experience in Designing and Architecting Platforms? You will design & develop software that is optimized, well organized & maintainable. You will be driving process improvements, resource planning, optimization & performance management. You will be accountable for the migration of assigned platforms & processes as per project timelines & ensure smooth knowledge transfer in partnership with onshore & offshore stakeholders.Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
• Provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates
• Works independently on complex projects

Role Requirements

• 14+ years of relevant Java experience.
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can- do attitude
• Experience in developing and implementing web-based solutions on AWS Cloud
• Knowledge of architecture design concepts, object-oriented design and techniques
• Knowledge of logical and physical database architectures and operating systems
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
• Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally

• Strong exposure to API testing using JMeter

• Preferably experience on remittance platform
• Technical areas of expertise:

o Java
o Springboot
o Postgres / any RDBMS
o Experience on AWS Cloud
o Extensive experience on Microservice Architecture
o Messaging middleware experience (KAFKA)
o Web and App server experience (Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic etc.)
o Experience in BASH/SSH scripting

o API design and integration including ReST, XML/JSON and Web API
